CrossBar staff coach Paul Gerstenberger was drafted by Columbus Crew with the 30th pick in the 2009 MLS Super Draft. Gerstenberger was a 4 year standout at Boston College where he played mostly Left Back. Congrats to you Paul!

CrossBar has implemented a Speed & Agility program into the 2008 camps. This program is designed to improved conditioning and increased speed, our training can help athletes competing at any level achieve their full potential. This years speed and agility training sessions are run by Kevin Ryan.

It's always nice when you don't have to pack a lunch before work. This year CrossBar is doing the work for you. CrossBar will provide a healthy lunch to all campers who attend any full day camp. Lunch will be provided by Subway on Tuesday & Thursday, with Pizza on Monday & Wednesday.
